How To: Take Screen Shot In Galaxy S2 Working On Android 4.0.4 Stock ROM[Ultimate guide]

Ever wanted to show your homescreen to your friends so they can know what you’ve got there? Want to show them the cool widgets available on your phone’s screen? No problem, just take a screenshot of it and send it over to your friends using Bluetooth or Email, if they’re afar from you. Capturing screenshots on the Samsung Galaxy S2 can be done by pressing a key-combination and doesn’t require any third-party apps.

Samsung did the unexpected change toward key combination on Galaxy S2 screen capture, this change occurred in the Android 4.0.4 (ICS) update. As the result, now this combination: Volume down key and power button are no longer working.

Samsung replaced the two combination keys with another two, this change was claimed faster than the old combination.

Thus if you are here to find the new combinations to take screen shot in Galaxy S2 running on Android 4.0.4 Stock ROM, then follow the below steps:

Find the screen you’d like to capture.
Then press these buttons together: Home and Power button for about 2 or 3 seconds.
A toast message along with a capture sound will appear indicating the capturing process take place.
